PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control valve device which enables easy design change relating to two valve members.SOLUTION: A first housing 20 includes: an inflow hole part 23; a first fluid chamber 24; a first hole part 25; and a first valve seat part 26. A second housing 30 includes: a second hole part 33; a second fluid chamber 34; an outflow hole part 35; a second valve seat part 36; and a third valve seat part 37. A first valve member 40 is provided in a manner that the first valve member 40 reciprocates in the first fluid chamber 24 so as to contact with the first valve seat part 26. A drive part 50 reciprocates the first valve member 40. A second valve member 60 is provided in a manner that the second valve member 60 reciprocates between the second valve seat part 36 and the third valve seat part 37 in the second fluid chamber 34 so as to contact with the second valve seat part 36 or the third valve seat part 37. A spring 70 biases the second valve member 60 in a direction such that the second valve member 60 contacts with the second valve seat part 36. An outer edge passage part 81 is formed between an outer edge part of the second valve member 60 and the second housing 30 so that a fluid may flow between the second hole part 33 side of the second valve member 60 and the outflow hole part 35 side.
