PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of making moire difficult to recognize in every direction.SOLUTION: A touch panel 1 includes: a transparent substrate 2; row direction bundle wiring 7 including plural pieces of detection row wiring 4; an insulator film 27 formed to cover the transparent substrate 2 and the row direction bundle wiring 7; a column direction bundle wiring 6 including plural pieces of detection column wiring 3; and an insulator film 28 formed to cover the insulator film 27 and the column direction bundle wiring 6. In the touch panel 1, the total film thickness of the insulator films 27, 28 on the detection row wiring 4 and the film thickness of the insulator film 28 on the detection column wiring 3 are made to be thin at a plurality of exposure object portions 8, in an intersection area R, so as to change transmission coefficient of the exposure object portions 8. |
