PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical print head which can be down-sized and prevents generation of an abnormal image, and of which a cost can be reduced.SOLUTION: An optical print head, which is used in an image formation device having an image carrier 70, comprises: a light emission element array 2 in which plural light emission elements are arranged in substantially parallel to a main scanning direction; an image formation element array 1 having plural image formation elements for imaging light flux from the light emission element array 2 on the image carrier 70 as a light spot; and a holder 31 for integrally fixing the image formation element array 1. In the optical print head, the image formation element array 1 has a first rib-shaped part 11 which is extended in a sub-scanning direction and is held by the holder 31, and is provided with a second rib-shaped part on a portion thereof facing the first rib-shaped part 11 via the image formation element, and the cross sections of the first rib-shaped part 11 and the second rib-shaped part in the sub-scanning direction are made to be substantially the same as each other. |
