PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means that can reduce mismatching between delivery conditions and presence or absence of insurance coverage and document inadequacies in preparing a shipping instruction document.SOLUTION: A server apparatus 100, upon receiving an order number from a terminal device 500, acquires appropriated item data including delivery conditions from a sales management DB 400, acquires the state of setting (either set or unset) of the delivery conditions of the appropriated item data from a conversion master 201 of a conversion master DB 200, transmits the appropriated item data as unset display information if the state of setting is unset, and transmits the appropriated item data and the state of setting as set display information if the state of setting is set. The terminal device 500, if it receives the unset display information, displays an initial set screen of the shipping instruction document and the delivery conditions contained therein, including selective acceptance display of "present or absent" regarding presence or absence of insurance coverage or, if it receives the set display information, displays an initial set screen of the shipping instruction document and the delivery conditions contained therein, including a display of the state of setting indicating the set display information. |
