<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant distributor capable of preventing clogging of an orifice hole due to excessive flow of a brazing filler material by providing a brazing filler reservoir, ensuring a simple configuration of the brazing filler reservoir, suppressing increases in the number of man-hours for processing an orifice portion and in cost, and improving productivity.SOLUTION: A refrigerant distributor includes: a distributor main body 3 in which a plurality of refrigerant distribution holes 4 is formed for distributing refrigerant to a plurality of refrigerant distribution pipes 6; and the plurality of refrigerant distribution pipes 6 each having one end inserted into one of the refrigerant distribution holes 4 of the distributor main body 3, the refrigerant distribution pipes 6 being connected to the distributor main body 3 by brazing. Each refrigerant distribution hole 4 is a stepped hole configured so that a small-diameter orifice hole 10 is provided on a base end of a hole portion 12 into which one refrigerant distribution pipe 6 is inserted. Each refrigerant distribution pipe 6 is connected to the distributor main body 3 by brazing by being positioned at a position in front of a stepped portion 11 of each refrigerant distribution hole 4 so as to form a brazing filler reservoir 13 between an insertion tip end of the refrigerant distribution pipe 6 and the stepped portion 11 of the refrigerant distribution hole 4.</p> |
