An LED lamp is provided with an aluminum pipe sectional material heat dissipation component. A heat dissipation structure consists of a plastic insulation outer cup (2) and the aluminum pipe sectional material heat dissipation component (3). The outer side of the aluminum sectional material heat dissipation component (3) is covered by the plastic insulation outer cup (2). A power supply board (4) is inserted into the internal cavity of the aluminum pipe sectional material heat dissipation component (3). The side wall of the internal cavity of the aluminum pipe sectional material heat dissipation component (3) is provided with a guide groove. The top part of the power supply board (4) is provided with a T-shaped bump or an inverted L-shaped bump. The middle part of an LED display board (5) is provided with a rectangular groove matched with the length of the top of the T-shaped bump. The LED display board (5) is provided with a solder joint matched with the length of the top of the T-shaped bump or the inverted L-shaped bump. A PC ball head (7) is provided with an external PC full optical angle reflecting cover (9). The reflecting cover (9) is provided with a V-shaped reflecting surface. A reflecting cup (8) is located at the position on the V-shaped reflecting surface of the external PC full optical angle reflecting cover (9). By adopting the combination of the plastic and the aluminum pipe sectional material, the LED lamp is inexpensive, and satisfies heat dissipation requirement and safety insulation requirements in an easy manner. The combined structure of the LED lamp is optimized, and the problem about the quick assembly of a heat dissipation component, a power supply, an LED light source board is solved. The user can select different light irradiation angles through the external PC full optical angle reflecting cover (9) according to the lamp requirements. |
