The present invention is such that in a wireless communication system such that a base station device and another base station device communicate with one communication device, the base station device acquires first setting information from the other base station device requesting that the other base station device be used in wireless communication with the communication device. On the basis of the first setting information and second setting information requesting the use of or the using of the base station device in wireless communication with the communication device, the base station device determines whether the communication device can simultaneously execute two settings that are respectively on the basis of the first setting information and second setting information. When the communication device can simultaneously execute the two settings, the base station device transmits a message containing the first setting information and second setting information to the communication device, and then starts communication with the communication device using the second setting information.
