[Problem] To provide a transparent conductive sheet wherein a silver nanowire is not susceptible to oxidation even if the silver nanowire is in visible light. [Solution] A transparent conductive sheet (1) according to the present invention is configured to comprise: a base sheet (2); a silver nanowire holding layer (3) that is laminated on the base sheet (2); a sacrificial agent that is added into the silver nanowire holding layer (3); and a silver nanowire (4) that is laminated on the surface of the silver nanowire holding layer (3).
