<p>This diaper (1) has a vertically long absorbent body (5) provided with a surface sheet (2), a rear-surface sheet (3), and an absorbent section (4) positioned between the two sheets (2, 3). The absorbent body (5) is divided into a stomach-side region (A), a rear-side region (B), and a crotch region (C). The surface sheet (2) comprises a bulky unwoven fabric. The two lateral sections (5s, 5s) of the absorbent body (5) extending in the longitudinal direction (Y-direction) thereof in the section of the surface sheet (2) excluding the rear-side region (B) are provided with one or more pairs of bulky regions (9L) having a lower apparent density than that of the section (9h) having the highest apparent density in the center section (5m) of the crotch region (C).</p> |
