<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an amorphous silicon solar cell, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an amorphous silicon solar cell for uniformly crystallizing an optical absorbing layer and having improved optical property. The present invention includes the steps of: preparing for a metal substrate; forming a transparent electrode layer on the metal substrate; crystallizing an amorphous silicon layer after forming the amorphous silicon layer on the upper side of a transparent electrode; and forming a lower electrode layer on the upper side of the crystallized amorphous silicon layer.</p> |
