PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that a wheel of an on-rail moving device provided in a suspension system for suspending a power cable stably rolls on a rail.SOLUTION: An on-rail moving device 3 includes wheels 11 and 12 that roll on a rail 2 (flange part 2c), and motion regulation members 14 that regulate motions of the wheels. The motion regulation member 14 has upper and lower flange parts 14a and 14b. Additionally, the motion regulation members 14 are arranged on the right and left sides of the rail 2 (flange part 2c) so that the rail 2 (flange part 2c) can be positioned between the upper and lower flange parts 14a and 14b, respectively. |
