PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system that enables a user to draw on a display device on a seat just as imagined without moving to nearby the display device.SOLUTION: An image processing system 50 includes an electronic whiteboard device 100 which displays an image and a portable terminal device 200. The portable terminal device 200 once acquiring a hand-drawn image picks up a display screen 110A of the electronic whiteboard device 100 by an image pickup part 230 in a superposed state with the acquired hand-drawn image. The portable terminal device 200 puts the hand-drawn image together with the display screen 110A picked up by the image pickup part 230 and then displays the composite image on its display screen. Further, the portable terminal device 200 transmits data including the hand-drawn image and information representing the display position of the hand-drawn image to the electronic whiteboard device 100. The electronic whiteboard device 100 once receiving the data from the portable terminal device 200 displays the received hand-drawn image on a screen which is currently displayed based upon the information representing the display position.
