<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate, if a competition arises when an alteration operation is performed for information shared between a plurality of terminal devices, the competition in an ex-post manner while allowing an alteration operation thereafter.SOLUTION: In an A seat, which is a flight control seat, a terminal device 200a displays an electronic strip order on an electronic strip screen 201a, and accepts an operation for an altered order. It is the same for a B seat. A management device 300 stores in a memory 310 the latest information indicating the order in which air crafts use runways. When the electronic strip order is altered, the management device 300 updates information stored in the memory 310. The order alteration operations are almost simultaneously performed in both the terminal devices 200a and 200b in the A seat and B seat respectively. When the alteration operations compete with each other, the alteration operation in either the terminal device 200a in the A seat or the terminal device 200b in the B seat is permitted. In the end, the alteration operation by one of the flight control seats is selected to use.</p> |
