PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem that, in such a technology that first and second end plates are screwed into a shaft to compress a lamination core, the first and second end plates are likely to loosen to the shaft.SOLUTION: A lamination core 30 is compressed by screwing into a shaft 10 a nut 50 that is independent from a first end plate 20 and a second end plate 40 and that is formed of a material satisfying such a relation that a thermal expansion coefficient of the shaft 10 is larger than that of the nut 50. Thereby, the nut is less likely to loosen to the shaft even when a heat cycle is added, and a compression force of an intended value can be added to the lamination core over a long time period. The motor efficiency can be maintained at a high level over a long time period.
|
