set one or more non-Guaranteed Bit Rate bearers in association with one or more packet data network connections for uplink packet communication;receive a parameter corresponding to an Aggregate Maximum Bit Rate, AMBR, for uplink packet transmission via the non-Guaranteed Bit Rate bearers and a priority value for each of the plurality of non-Guaranteed Bit Rate bearers; andcontrol the uplink packet transmission of one or more non-Guaranteed Bit Rate bearers based on the Aggregate Maximum Bit Rate and the priority values.
