THZ SUPER-RESOLUTION TWO-DIMENSIONAL IMAGING METHOD AND SYSTEM

摘要

A THz super-resolution two-dimensional imaging method and system for focusing, filamentation and radiation in the air by using a femtosecond laser. In the air, a focusing lens (4-9) is used to focus a high-energy two-colour field femtosecond laser, and near the focus, the filamentation and radiation are conducted on a forward monocyclic THz pulse. A sample (1-3-2) to be imaged is placed in the middle of a filament, so as to obtain a THz image with subwavelength resolution. The sample to be imaged is a porous array printed circuit board (PCB board), the front face of the PCB board is appressed with a ceramic plate (1-3-1) of which the thickness is 0.8 mm, and the THz pulse carrying information is detected through an electro-optic sampling system.
