Method and device for receiving a data unit are disclosed. A method for receiving a PPDU including a PPDU header and a data field of an STA may comprise the steps of: an STA receiving the PPDU header from an AP; the STA determining whether the PPDU transfers a scanning frame on the basis of the PPUD header; and the STA determining whether to decode the data field on the basis of whether to perform a scanning procedure and whether the PPDU transfers the scanning frame.
