DROPLET CONTACT ANGLE DISTRIBUTION MEASUREMENT METHOD AND DEVICE USING SAME

Provided are a method for measuring the contact angle distribution along the periphery of a droplet formed through the dropping of a liquid onto a substrate and a device using said method. A droplet is optically imaged, a contact line comprising a closed curve is determined through image analysis, a droplet shape when a prescribed amount of liquid is disposed within this contact line is simulated, and the contact angle distribution of the droplet along the contact line is assigned.
