<p>Provided is a process for production of a breathable full grain imitation leather, comprising the steps of material selection, coating, embossing, surface treatment, washing with water and drying, wherein (1) material selection: a composite fabric, which uses a microfibre tricot as textile and a knit brushing cloth as backing, is used as a raw material; (2) coating: by employing a transfer printing technology, a polyurethane resin is first printed on a support, then is transferred to a surface of the tricot from the support, and this process is repeated more than twice with a different support each time; (3) embossing: the surface of the coated fabric is embossed by a roll at a certain temperature, the surface of the roll comprising continuous dermatoglyphs; (4) surface treatment: the surface of the embossed fabric is coated with a mixture of acrylate resin and polyurethane; and (5) washing with water and drying: the fabric is washed with water first, then kneaded under the action of hot air, and the surface is allowed to shrink freely and is open-width dried continuously at 100°C. The imitation leather fabric produced in the present invention has a good gas permeability, great texture, and abrasion resistance.</p> |
