<p>A device capable of realizing gradient heating of a solid metal material, comprising a power device (8), a transmission device (7), a permanent magnet rotating barrel (2), a bearing device and a permanent magnet (1), wherein the power device (8) is connected to the permanent magnet rotating barrel (2) via the transmission device (7), the permanent magnet rotating barrel (2) is mounted on the bearing device, the power device (8) drives the permanent magnet rotating barrel (2) to rotate about an axis thereof, the permanent magnet (1) is mounted on an inner wall of the permanent magnet rotating barrel (2), magnetic field intensities generated by the permanent magnet (1) on radial cross sections in the axial direction of the permanent magnet (1) are different, the solid metal material (5) is located in the middle of the permanent magnet rotating barrel (2) and is not in contact with the permanent magnet (1) on the inner wall of the permanent magnet rotating barrel (2), and the solid metal material (5) can move in the axial direction. The heating device has the characteristics of uniform distribution of temperature gradient, relatively low cost, high heat conversion efficiency, fast heating speed, uniform heating, simple structure and no pollution, and is beneficial for integral heating and continuous heating of a metal material with a larger size.</p> |
