The present invention relates to a two way heater which rapidly heats foods stored in a storage space of a cooking container with a heat radiated by an upper heating element and a heat applied from the lower side of the cooking container, and prevents oil of foods stored in a storage space of a cooking container from being sputtered by installing a blade part on the side surface of a cooking container, has the upper heating element be rotated in the clockwise direction or counter clockwise direction, so that the foods stored in the storage space of the cooking container can be heated from the side. The two way heater of the present invention comprises a body including a cooking container (102) on the center of the inner part, and including an oil discharge path (104) connected to the cooking container (102) and an oil pan inlet and outlet hole (106) connected with the oil discharge path (104) ; a first and a second upper heating element (142,144) installed on the body (108) to be separated from the cooking container (102) in a certain distance and be rotated to heat the cooking container (102); a lower heating element installed on the inner part of the body (108) to be separated from the cooking container (102) in a certain distance, and heating the cooking container (102); and an oil pan (114) installed on the inner part of the body (108) through the oil pan inlet and outlet hole (106) of the body (108) to receive oil discharged from the oil discharge path (104) of the cooking container (102). |
