摘要 <p>Provided are an Al-Mg-Si-based alloy sheet which has sufficient formability and strength as a panel for a vehicle and has no appearance fault by being formed and painted under a strict process condition, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the aluminum alloy sheet for a forming process is manufactured by forging and homogenization-heat treating an aluminum alloy including 0.4-1.5 wt% of Si, 0.4-1.0 wt% of Mg, 0.1-1.0 wt% of Fe, 0.1-0.5 wt% of Mn, the remainder consisting of Al and inevitable impurities, and hot-rolling, cold-rolling, solution-heat treating, and tempering the aluminum alloy up to the finish temperature of (445-3r)°C for the draft percentage of r% at the final run. Also, in the center part of the cross-sectional thickness of the sheet including a rolling direction, Al-Mn-Fe(-Si)-based intermetallic compound with a diameter of 20μm or more has 0.4% or more of ratio of area and 1350 ea/mm^2 of number density.</p>
