<p> When carrying out safety tasks with LP gas, a safety inspector selects an inspection survey and determines whether an inspection item is necessary depending on the equipment. Therefore, mistakes and omissions in the inspection content occur, and problems occur, such as having to travel to the site again and carry out the inspection again. Furthermore, inspection surveys filled in by hand are taken back to the business base and input into a PC. Therefore, problems occur such as increases in workload due to data input errors and data re-entry, and time lags until inspection results are reflected in the safety management system. By reading a two-dimensional code affixed to LP gas supply equipment and the main body of consumption equipment, the inspection survey (inspection items) pertaining to each safety task is downloaded to a mobile terminal in real-time at the task site, and inspection results are aggregated on a server by data communication.</p> |
