<p>A device for manufacturing absorptive articles, the device manufacturing the absorptive articles in such manner that, while half-finished products relating to the absorptive articles are being conveyed in a state in which the half-finished products are arranged in the conveyance direction, the half-finished products are processed by a processing device and whether or not the actual position of processing by the processing device is within an allowable range of the target position of processing of a half-finished product is inspected by an inspection device. The inspection device is disposed at a predetermined position in the conveyance direction and is provided with: a sensor section for outputting a detection signal while the actual position of processing of the half-finished product is being detected; a reference signal output section for outputting a reference signal which has a waveform in which a single wavelength is set as a unit conveyance amount corresponding to a single half-finished product, the reference signal having a first waveform portion in the phase of the single wavelength corresponding to the allowable range; and a determination section for determining whether or not the actual position of processing is within the allowable range by comparing the detection signal and the reference signal.</p> |
