<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble detergent composition attaining high cleanliness of a product surface which is required in a washing process for an electronics material, a metal, glass, sapphire or a resin. <P>SOLUTION: The water-soluble detergent composition contains (A) 0.01-20 mass% anionic polymer, (B) 0.01-30 mass% chelating agent and (C) 40-99.9 mass% water, wherein the anionic polymer (A) is a copolymer of (A-1) at least one kind of a 2-8C ethylene-based unsaturated monomer and (A-2) at least one kind selected from a group comprising an ethylene-based unsaturated monomer containing sulfo group (SO<SB>3</SB>H) and an ethylene-based unsaturated monomer containing carboxy group (COOH). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
