<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a connection between a supply source and a supply destination via an audio network, in an easy-to-understand manner. <P>SOLUTION: In a mixing system where a console 1, an engine 2, and I/O devices 3 to 5, each having a plurality of supply sources SS and supply destinations SD connected to a network 6, a plurality of transmission channels of the network 6 are assigned to each device. When an operator issues an instruction to connect a supply source SS where one device has to a supply destination SD where another device has at the console 1, the device having the signal supply source uses one among the plurality of transmission channels assigned to the device, to transmit an audio signal of the signal supply source to the network 6, according to the connection instruction. The device having the connection-instructed signal supply destination, meanwhile, receives the audio signal transmitted over the transmission channel and supplies it to the signal supply destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
