<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of fluid quality by always stabilizing a fluid pressure and a fluid flow rate in the case of transferring fluid from a discharge side container to an acceptance side container. <P>SOLUTION: A process control system is configured to transfer predetermined fluid from a container 1 via a transfer pipe 3 to a container 2. This process control system is configured such that a flow rate regulation facility 4 is installed at an upstream side, and that a pressure regulation facility 5 is installed at a downstream side. Also, this process control system includes; a flow rate sensor 7 for detecting the flow rate of fluid; a flow rate control device 8; a pressure sensor 12 for detecting the pressure of fluid; a fluid volume level sensor 14 for detecting the fluid volume level of the fluid in the container 2; and a pressure control device 13. The flow rate control device 8 is configured to control the flow rate regulation facility 4 on the basis of the detection value of the flow rate sensor 7. Also, the pressure control device 13 is configured to control the pressure regulation facility 5 on the basis of each detection value of the pressure sensor 12 and the fluid volume level sensor 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
