<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic heating cooker top plate which is hard to be broken due to a touch with a cooking tool and the like, and enables detection accuracy in a temperature of cooking tools by an infrared light sensor to be hard to deteriorate. <P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic heating cooker top plate 1 comprises a glass plate 10 and an infrared light shielding film 11. The glass plate 10 includes a cooking surface 10a, a rear face 10b, and a slant face 10c. The rear face 10b faces the cooking surface 10a. The slant face 10c is provided to face the rear face 10b at a peripheral part. The slant face 10c extends in a direction slanting with respect to an extending direction of the cooking surface 10a. The glass plate 10 transmits visible light and infrared light. The infrared light shielding film 11 is formed on the slant face 10c.
