The present invention relates to a device for supplying a counteractive agent and a ballast water treatment system using the same, and more specifically, to a device for supplying a counteractive agent capable of preventing clogging of a counteractive agent supply channel, which comprises: a counteractive agent supply unit having the counteractive agent supply channel in which the counteractive agent moves; and a pressurized air supply unit supplying high pressure air to the counteractive agent supply channel, wherein the counteractive agent supply unit comprises an on-off valve controlling that the counteractive agent or high pressure air is selectively supplied to the counteractive agent supply channel as the counteractive agent is supplied through a first input end, and high pressure air is supplied through a second input end, and an output end is connected to the counteractive agent supply channel and controls the opening and closing of both input ends, automatically removes foreign substances gathered in the counteractive agent supply channel, and improves removing efficiency of an oxidizing agent, and to a ballast water treatment system using the same. |
