The present invention relates to a system which can controls access to a fixed area or can manage work of entering persons easily. An access and management system of the present invention includes: a registration terminal which recognizes a body of an entering person, registers the body thereof, and transmits body recognition information and personal information of the registered entering person; an access control apparatus which is installed at an exit, stores and manages body information of the received entering person, and controls a gate by recognizing the body of the entering person; and a management server which receives the body recognition information and the personal information of the entering person from the registration terminal, and transmits the body recognition information of the registered entering person to the access control apparatus, and performs commuting management and wage management on the ground of the personal information of the entering person who is allowed to access from the access control apparatus, and judges a fault of the access control apparatus and displays the judgment result thereof. |
