A foldable quay bitt device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a pile which is arranged on an inner wall with a vertical storage groove and is arranged near the groove; a pile pin which is fitted into the first storage groove; and a bitt unit which is rotatably arranged on the pile and has a second storage groove facing the first storage groove to restrict the pile pin and install a mooring line passing through the first and second storage grooves and is arranged below the upper surface of the inner wall not to protrude from the upper surface. The foldable quay bitt device can be simply installed by rotation and fitting operation when the mooring lines are wounded to secure a vessel to increase the working efficiency and not require an additional storage space for a separated pile pin or to ensure easy storage and management while preventing the bitt unit from being protruded from the inner wall. |
