<p>The present invention relates to a protein sensor, and more specifically, to a functionalized protein sensor on the interface between a liquid crystal and an aqueous solution which can check whether protein is detected or not. Also, the protein sensor of the present invention quickly reacts to the protein, immediately recognizes the reaction, and immediately and easily initializes the condition of recognizing the protein after the sensor recognizes the protein, thereby being easily reused. Additionally, the protein sensor can detect a small amount of protein and instantly know whether the protein is detected or not.</p> |
