PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve signal transmission characteristics in an optical semiconductor device with a flexible board.SOLUTION: The present optical semiconductor device 100 comprises: a housing 10 accommodating an optical element and including a first terminal 12a and a second terminal 12b which are disposed vertically opposite to each other; a first flexible board 20a which is electrically connected to the first terminal 12a and includes a high-frequency signal wire RF constituting a signal transmission path between the first flexible board and a ground potential; and a second flexible board 20b which is electrically connected to the second terminal 12b, has only a signal line DC which constitutes no signal transmission path between the second flexible board and a ground potential, and provides another flexible drawer different from the first flexible board 20a. |
