The present invention relates to a method for operating waiting tickets. The present invention has the following function. When a mobile device (2000) performs near-field communication (NFC) tagging on a waiting ticket printer (3000) (S7010), information is transmitted to a server (4000), and the server (4000) issues a waiting number and transmits the issued waiting number to the mobile device (2000). Thereafter, when a user is in his or her turn, the mobile device (2000) receives a notification through a method such as short message service (SMS), an application, and the like, and the user performs NFC tagging (S7080) on a waiting ticket reader (5000) to transmit required information to a bank window, whereby a waiting ticket, word processing, and the like, are minimized, and thus, resource and time can be saved. |
