<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique capable of causing a user to notice that buttons to be displayed can be changed, in an image forming system in which button groups in a display target range among a plurality of buttons are displayed as the buttons to be displayed. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 comprises a display control unit and an input control unit. The display control unit displays on a touch screen 63 function setting button BT groups in a display target range, among a plurality of function setting buttons BT respectively corresponding to a plurality of functions and virtually arrayed in a horizontal direction, as buttons to be displayed. The input control unit virtually moves the display target range in a horizontal direction to receive a scroll instruction input for changing a button to be displayed.
