<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film which is good in dimensional stability even when exposed to high temperatures. <P>SOLUTION: The release film 20 includes a belt-shaped base material film 10, a first resin layer 11 formed on one surface 10A side of the base material film 10, and a second resin layer 12 formed on the other surface 10B side of the base material film 10.
