摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance tracking accuracy by preventing error in tracking a target. <P>SOLUTION: A plot classification unit 2 performs classification on a plot specified by a sensor 1. A plot use determination unit 3 refers to a classification result of the plot output from the plot classification unit 2 and determines if a center-of-gravity position of the plot is used for update process of a tracking trail or not.
