The present invention relates to an electronic binding apparatus and an alarming system and method thereof, capable of protecting ordinary citizen and preventing recommitted crime of a wearer of the electronic binding apparatus. The electronic binding apparatus comprises a communication unit receiving a remote control signal for remotely controlling the electronic binding apparatus from a control center server which tracks and manages a location of the electronic binding apparatus, a speaker outputting a sound alarm signal, and a control unit determining a type or a form of a signal included in the remote control signal and providing control to output the remote control signal through the speaker when the sound alarm signal is included in the remote control signal. |
