<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a user by enabling a user to achieve his or her desired point exchange without depending on the type of points owned by the user. <P>SOLUTION: A point management device 110 receives the identification information of a user, information related with a point exchange origin and information related with point exchange destination from the information processor of the user by a reception part 401, and acquires information related with the number of points owned by the user of the point exchange origin associated with the identification information of the user and information related with the number of points owned by the user of the point exchange destination associated with the identification information of the user based on the received information by an acquisition part 402.
