<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance liquid level sensor capable of more accurately detecting a liquid level. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid level sensor 10 comprises: an insulator layer 14; a positive electrode 16 fixed on one surface 14a of the insulator layer 14; a ground electrode 16 fixed on the other surface 14b of the insulator layer 14. A positive electrode 12 includes a plurality of a first positive electrode part 12a which are arranged at intervals on the one surface 14a. A ground electrode 16 includes a plurality of a first ground electrode part 16a which are arranged at intervals on the other surface 14b. At least parts of the plurality of the first positive electrode part 12a are fixed to the insulator layer 14 positioned between at least part of the 12a and the first ground electrode part 16a.
