<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing spherical composite fine particles in which inorganic particles adsorb onto the surfaces of thermoplastic resin particles without using an organic solvent and additives, such as a molecular-level surfactant and a dispersion stabilizer, whose effects on living bodies are concerned. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing composite particles in which inorganic particles adsorb onto the surfaces of thermoplastic resin particles includes the steps of: (1) adding a thermoplastic resin and at least one kind of inorganic particles to a dispersion medium having no compatibility with the thermoplastic resin; (2) forming a dispersion including the composite particles in which the inorganic particles adsorb onto the surfaces of the thermoplastic resin particles by heating and mixing a mixture obtained in the step (1) at a temperature not less than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin; and (3) solidifying the composite particles in the dispersion by cooling the dispersion including the composite particles in the step (2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
