<p>The invention provides a method and device for manufacturing a stator with skewed slots, which can reduce damage to the stator and a protruding amount of a coil end when the stator is turning around. In the method, a coil (20) is inserted into a slot (14) parallel with a stator core (11) in a roll hang mode; the stator core is then turned around to gradually stagger magnetic metal sheets (16) in a circumferential direction, wherein the stator core is formed by stacking a plurality of magnetic metal sheets. An extending part (22a) straight extending along an extension line of the slot (14) is formed on a coil end part (22) protruding from an end surface of the stator core inserted with the coil (20). The coil end part (22) protruding from the end surface of the stator core inserted with the coil and the coil end part (22) protruding from the other end surface respectively form an extension part; an extension part (22a) of another coil end part (22) is formed along an extension line of another slot (14) except the continuous slot (14) of the extension part (22a) of the coil end part (22).</p> |
