The present invention relates to a solution and surface bright heat treatment method of a stainless casting, and more specifically, to a solution heat treatment and surface bright heat treatment method of a stainless casting which allows heat treatment to be completed sequentially by heating, quickly cooling, and slowly cooling an inserted material in order. A heating unit heats a material at a temperature of 1100-1200°C, a quick cooling unit quickly cools the material down to equal to or less than 600°C within 10 minutes to perform the solution treatment and prevent a surface from being oxidized, and a slow cooling unit slowly cools the material to maintain the hardness of the material. The solution and surface bright heat treatment method of a stainless casting does not includes a post-treatment process after the heat treatment and slowly cools the material immediately after the heating to prevent a surface of material from being oxidized, thereby maintaining the unique gloss of SSC13 and SSC14. |
