The present invention relates to a material guide device for a variable roll forming system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the material guide device for a variable roll forming system comprises: a base plate in which guide posts are installed in each square edge portion; a lower roller unit in which each edge portion of a lower slide plate is inserted and installed in the each guide post, and a plurality of lower rollers gears of which engage with each other in a process direction are formed in a lower roller housing on the lower slide plate; an upper roller unit in which each edge portion of an upper slide plate is inserted and installed in the each guide post, and a plurality of upper rollers gears of which engage with each other in the process direction are formed to correspond to the each lower roller in an upper roller housing installed on a lower side of the upper slide plate; a drive motor installed on one side of the lower slide plate, and delivering rotatory driving power by being connected to a lower roller shaft of one of the lower rollers; and a pressurizing element installed on the upper plate fixed at an upper end of the each guide post, and delivering pressure to a material passing through between the each lower roller and the each upper roller by the drive of a cylinder. |
