A flexible roll forming method is disclosed. The flexible roll forming method according to an embodiment of the present invention sequentially bends and forms a material which is supplied through a ten-stage or more roll forming unit having upper and lower forming rolls, and roll-forms the material into a forming beam with a certain shape. The material supplied by a flexible roll forming unit wherein the upper and lower forming rolls are arranged on the left and right sides of a processing direction, and each of the upper and lower forming rolls are constituted to be changed with regard to a position of the width direction of the process and an angle about the processing direction is variably bent and formed over multiple stages in sequence, and is roll-formed into a three-dimensional forming beam having XYZ coordinates. |
