The present invention provides a method for collectively performing transmission of power and channel allocation to a wireless access point for resource management optimized in a wireless network environment supporting multimedia traffic, and a device thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for managing radio resources of at least one access point (AP) in a wireless communication network comprises the following steps of: selecting transmission power for the AP with regard to each of multiple channel settings, and predicting a network performance value; and selecting an optimal channel setting among the channel settings according to the predicted network performance value, and allocating the optimal channel setting and optimal transmission power corresponding to the optimal channel setting to the AP. |
