<p>Secured through the present invention is an ultrafiltration fraction composition including a polysaccharide extracted from red ginseng or red ginseng tail root. In addition, a manufacturing method of red ginseng or red ginseng tail root extract is established to maximize anti-influenza virus effects, after which the immune activity and anti-influenza activity of the manufactured composition via the manufacturing method were measured to confirm effects of anti-influenza activity. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises a step of extracting extracts of red ginseng, red ginseng tail root or a mixture of the red ginseng and the red ginseng tail root by adding an extractant to the same.</p> |
