<p>The present invention relates to a balancing device characterized by including a supporter installed on a fixed plate; an arm connected to a part of the supporter by a rotary member and including a tool-mountable bracket on the front end; a horizontal-balance control unit formed on the rear end of the arm and controlling the arm to balance horizontally; a first hydraulic driving unit supplying a fluid inside a balancing pipe to balance the arm horizontally when the arm moves downward by receiving a load; and a second hydraulic driving unit supplying the fluid inside the balancing pipe to balance the arm horizontally when the arm moves upward by receiving a load. A weight of a horizontal-balancing unit formed on the rear end of the arm moves forward or backward by the pressure of the fluid supplied from the first and second hydraulic driving units according to the weight of a tool mounted on the front end of the arm so that the arm can be restored to be horizontally balance. The balancing device according to the present invention enables a user to easily and precisely control the tool with little power, thereby reducing user′s fatigue and preventing a muscular skeletal disease.</p> |
