<p>The present invention relates to an LED lighting device, and especially, to a light-emitting device having a photonic crystal structure with repeated recesses formed in an upper electrode. The recesses have at least two different cycles, and the width of the concave part and the convex part of the recesses having the same cycle has at least two different widths, thereby not only emitting light of various wavelengths but also obtaining generally uniform brightness. The configuration of the LED lighting device of the present invention includes a substrate, an N-type layer formed on the substrate, a light emitting layer on the N-type layer, a P-type layer formed on the light emitting layer, and an upper electrode on the P-type electrode. The upper side of the upper electrode is pattered with a photonic crystal structure. The photonic crystal structure includes recesses where convex parts and concave parts are repeated. The recesses have at least two different cycles.</p> |
