<p>The present invention relates to a multifunctional clean air conditioning control device capable of maintaining an internal air pressure to be higher than an external air pressure as much as a set value by measuring the difference between the inside and the outside of a clean room by installing a differential pressure sensor; quickly removing particles by increasing the rotation number of an FFU when a set value or more in concentrations of the particles is detected in real time by measuring the concentrations of the particles by installing a particle sensor inside the clean room; controlling each group to have different pressures and particle concentrations by dividing the clean room into at least one group; and controlling the group to be interlocked with a door for group.</p> |
